At the heart of Brown Butter Cookies are Jordan Brown and Li Miles, whose shared passion is making people feel at home.

As lifelong cookie lover and chocoholic, Jordan spent two years creating the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe. What began as one recipe grew into a gourmet, small-batch cookie company built together with Li.

Brown Butter Cookies was officially founded in 2025, and as the business grew, so did the menu. Every recipe is made from scratch, tested, tweaked, and perfected with care. Together, Jordan and Li bring that same care to every order, delivering premium cookies and genuine customer service.

As state-inspected cottage bakers based in Greensboro, we're proud to serve cookie lovers across North Carolina. We focus on timeless flavors that taste like home, made with premium ingredients and baked in small batches. Our motto says it best: Warm. Gooey. Unforgettable.
